What to Expect When You Visit Klamath Christian Center

Thinking of visiting Klamath Christian Center? Here is some info that may be helpful.

Service Details:
We meet every Sunday at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. Service lasts about 75 minutes. We encourage you to arrive early if you'd like to grab a free cup of coffee or tea and meet a friendly face at our Welcome Center. Please plan to stay for a few minutes after the service to enjoy conversation and meet new people.

What Is a Service Like?
When you enter the doors our greeters will welcome you and can answer any questions you might have. As you enter the sanctuary, a greeter will hand you a bulletin and an usher can help you find a seat.

Service begins with songs that we sing as worship. It is then followed by announcements, offering, and a sermon.

Our church is fully funded by the giving of our members. As a guest, we do not expect you to give.

As our guest, please take a few moments to fill out a Connect Card right here, or fill out the card which is found in the seat pocket in front of you. We would be delighted to respond to your request for information, pray for your needs, or hear what you thought of our church. This is a valuable way you can communicate with us. Simply drop the card in an offering bag, into an offering box or turn it in at the Welcome Center after service.

What Do You Offer for Kids?
Our KCC Kids ministry, ages 0-5th grade, is loved by the kids and we have security measures in place so that you can relax and enjoy the service. When you check your child in you will be given a tag to bring back when you pick up your child.

Children, including babies through 5th grade may be checked-in 15 minutes early. KCC Kids check-in is located next to the Cafe in the main lobby; look for a tall sign.  There is also a nursing room with privacy in the rear of the sanctuary for mothers that prefer to keep young children with them during the service. Check out our KCC Kids page for more information.

What About Middle School and High School Students?
Sundays at the 11:00 am service the Middle Schoolers participate in the main worship service. When worship is completed students head upstairs to the Youth Room where they check in, play games, and receive a message catered to their age.

During the school year students meet at the church in the Youth Room for Youth Group. High School students meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm. Middle School students meet on Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm. For more  information please visit the KCC YOUTH page.

What Can I Expect From The Sermon?
Our teaching focus at Klamath Christian Center is to equip you for a life-giving personal relationship with Jesus, and to bring practical Bible teaching to help you handle real life issues. Our Lead Pastor and main teaching pastor is Jake Poetzl.

What Should I Wear?
That's a pretty common question. Here at Klamath Christian Center, we dress casual. Some dress business casual, while others come in jeans, shorts or T-shirts. We want you and everyone else to enjoy service, so dress comfortably. There's no established standard.

Whether you're looking for a church home or traveling through, we invite you to join us anytime!
